My top 3 Linkedin posts on focus, sleep and stress optimization

First off, I'm thrilled to announce that most of the seats of my new Becoming Ultraproductive 1-on-1 coaching program have already been claimed.

In that program, which I’ve created with my Ultraproductive co-author and world-leading CEO coach Eric Partaker, I’ll help you build rock-solid habit systems for focus, sleep and stress optimization.

The program is our most exclusive offer and is limited to 15 seats. Starting in late January, it includes six 1-on-1 sessions with me over 12 weeks. You can learn more about the program here.

Are you an executive, entrepreneur or CEO who wants to build habit systems that increase your productivity by between 100% and 900% while making stress work "for you" instead of "against you“?

Claim one of the remaining seats by replying to this email or getting in touch here.

Now, here are my top three LinkedIn posts of the last ten weeks on focus, sleep and stress optimization.

Taken together, these three posts generated:

  • 1.7+ million impressions

  • 5.3+ thousand likes

  • 635+ reposts

As a result of these and my other popular posts on focus optimization, sleep optimization and stress optimization, I was ranked #1 LinkedIn Creator in Productivity & Personal Growth Germany by Favikon in November.

In the subsequent weeks, over a hundred people reached out and asked me how to put these tips into practice on a busy schedule.

As for the 50 executives, entrepreneurs, and CEOs I’ve coached this year, the answer isn’t more knowledge. The answer is building the right habits.

Why knowledge is not enough

Although forming new habits sounds simple, getting them to stick is hard. According to research from Harvard, less than 8% of people manage to keep their New Year's resolutions.

Entrepreneur Derek Sivers probably put it best: "If more information was the answer, then we'd all be billionaires with perfect abs.”

Building a great career or company doesn't take weeks or months. It takes years or decades. It’s not a sprint. It’s a marathon of sprints. To win this marathon and avoid burning out halfway, you need to set yourself up for the long run.

This brings me back to our new Becoming Ultraproductive 1-on-1 coaching program. It’s not about more knowledge, but about building the right habit systems for sustainable peak productivity.

Drawing from my PhD on stress and performance and research from Stanford University, McKinsey and others, I’ll personally tailor these habit systems to your professional and private life regime. On top of that, I’ll become your sparring partner who holds you accountable and helps you overcome obstacles along the way.

Let’s win together

If you’re an executive, entrepreneur or CEO who wants to build habit systems that increase your productivity by between 100% and 900% while making stress work "for you" instead of "against you“, why wait?

Again, the new Becoming Ultraproductive 1-on-1 coaching program is our most exclusive offer and is limited to 15 seats. If you’re interested in one of the remaining few, learn more about the program here and get in touch here (or reply to this email).

Let’s set you up for the marathon ahead and win together.

And if you can think of one person who could benefit from the program, please share this post with them.

Until Thursday,
Christian
